Antônio Lopes Muniz opens the law firm at Rua da Consolação, 2.710, with a small team of lawyers and, corporate consulting DNA, in several fields of the law working predominantly, for national clients.

1981-1985

The firm moved to the old downtown area of São Paulo, to Rua Senador Paulo Egídio, 72, across the street from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.

The Corporate and Contract area was created, and the team grew, rendering services to clients in the States of Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul.

1986-1992

The firm moves to Avenida Cidade Jardim, 427, with the addition of new partners and lawyers. The firm began rendering services to multinational companies.

The firm started working in the area of Foreign Investments and the Tax and Social Security areas were created.

1986-1992

1993-1996

The firm moves to Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima n. 2.081 and starts working in the Life Sciences area.

1997-2003

The firm moves to its own ample offices at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima 1.656, to accommodate the increasing number of lawyers. The Regulatory Area was created.

2004-2009

New partners are added and the firm receives its first international recognition by “Who’s Who Legal”, in the area of Life Sciences and bt the National Publication “Análise Advocacia 500” – Brazil’s Most Admired Law Firms.

The firm continues being recognized, every year, by these publications, since 2008 and 2009, respectively.

2010

The offices were renovated and modernized, and the Real Estate area was created.

2012

The firm admitted a new partner, specialized in Law Firm Management and the firm was recognized by the international guide “Chambers & Partners”, in the area of Life Sciences.

The firm continues being recognized, every year, by this publication since 2012.

2013

The Labor Area was restructured with the admission of a new partner.

2015

The firm receives its first recognition by the international publication “Best Lawyers”, in the area of Life Sciences.

The firm continues being recognized, every year, by this publication since 2015.

2017

The firm receives its first recognition by the international publication “Global Health & Pharma”, in the area of Life Sciences.The firm continues being recognized, every year, by this publication since 2017.

Restructuring and growth of the Tax Area, with the admission of a new partner.

Admission of a new partner and creation of an area exclusively dedicated to arbitration and Conflict Resolution.
