Professional Experience
In over 40 years of practicing law, he has acquired comprehensive legal experience in different areas of the law, especially in the corporate and contractual; and in high complexity labor litigation.
He has published several articles in traditional and electronic media. He is one of the authors of the “Brazil Chapter on Employment and Labor Law” published by International Comparative Legal Guide – ICLG, editions of 2013 to 2020.

Education
Graduated in Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo. Attended several courses, including the University Extension Program on Social Leadership at São Luiz University in São Paulo, and a Master´s in Labor Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.

Professional Titles
Member of the Board of Examiners of New Lawyers at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP) from 1986 to 1988.
Secretary of the Professional Ethics Board at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP) from 1983 to 1991.
Member of the Ethics Board at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP) from 1991 to 1997.
