Professional Experience
Wide experience in the Life Sciences area, especially in relation to launching, distribution and licensing of pharmaceutical and biological products. He also works in the creation, implementation and training programs related to Corporate Codes of Conduct. He worked as Legal and Human Resources Manager at Ferro Enamel do Brasil, a chemical multinational company; legal and Corporate Affairs Director of MSD Brazil (Merck & Company); Legal Director and “Associate General Counsel” of Pharmacia Brasil (Pfizer); and Institutional Relations Director of Boehringer Ingelheim in Brazil, all large multinationals of the pharmaceutical area. He also worked for two internationally known Brazilian law firms. He is widely published in periodicals and electronic media. He co-authored: the “Life Sciences – Brazil Law and Practice” published in 2018 by Chambers and Partners; the Brazil chapter of the “Pharmaceutical Advertising” do International Comparative Legal Guide – ICLG, editions of 2013; 2014; 2015; 2018; 2019 e 2020; and the Brazilian chapter of the “Chambers Pharmaceutical Advertising – Global Practice Guide”, editions of 2021 to 2023.

Education
Graduated in Law (1977) from the Law School of  University of São Paulo (USP). Attended several professional courses, including a University Extension Program in Human Resources Management (1983) at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV); Negotiation Workshop (1995) and Advanced Negotiation Workshop (1996) at the Law School of Harvard University; and Finance for Non-Finance Executives (1998) at Columbia University.
