Professional Experience
Lawyer with expressive knowledge in the areas of strategic contracts, corporate reorganizations, international contracts, and regulatory affairs, especially in relation to Life Sciences, Retail, and Gas and Oil. Works as counsel to national and multinational companies in issues related to corporate affairs in general. Is a co-author of the “Life Sciences – Brazil Law and Practice” published in 2018 by Chambers and Partners and of the Chapter “Brazil: Pharmaceutical Advertising” issued by the International Comparative Legal Guide – ICLG, in the years of 2013; 2014; 2015; 2018; 2019 and 2020 and, also, co-authors the Brazilian chapter of the “Chambers Pharmaceutical Advertising – Global Practice Guide”, editions of 2021 to 2023.

Education
Graduated in Law (2005) from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Specialization in Corporate Law (2007) and Tax Law (2009) from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), currently Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER).

Professional Titles
Member of the Permanent Committee on Law Firms at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP), from 2019 to 2022.
