Lawyer with extensive experience in national and international arbitration, strategic contracts, corporate reorganizations and regulatory affairs. He has worked in respected national and international law firms, such as Dechert LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP. He acts in litigation involving several industries, including Oil, Gas, Real Estate, Health Care and Stock Market. Works as counsel to national and multinational companies on matters involving strategic contracts, international contracts, corporate reorganizations and regulatory issues, with an emphasis on Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail and Oil & Gas. Has published articles in specialized websites.

Education
Graduated in Law (2011) from the São Paulo School of Law of the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He also studied at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland (2010) and obtained his LL.M. (master’s) degree with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., USA (2019). He holds a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, also from Georgetown University Law Center.
