Professional Experience
Counsel to national and multinational companies in administrative and judiciary litigation, especially in relation to strategic and complex cases in individual and collective lawsuit.  Also active in the consulting area in labor and social security, specializing in risk evaluation, preparation and revision of internal policies, strategic planning and presentation of proposals that give the necessary legal security to contractual relations. Presents training sessions, courses, and lectures on labor law and procedures. She is the author of the book “Programas de Desligamento Voluntário e os Impactos no Mercado de Trabalho” (Voluntary Employee Dismisal Programs – Impacts on the Labor Market), coautora do Livro “Reforma Trabalhista Brasileira em Debate” and the co-author of “Brazil: Employment & Labour Law” issued by the International Comparative Legal Guide – ICLG, editions 2014 to 2023.

Education
Graduated in Law (1982) from the Law School of the University of São Paulo. Holds a specialization in Procedural Law (1986) and a Master’s in Labor Law (2008) from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.

Professional Titles
Invited Professor at the Superior Advocacy of the São Paulo chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association OAB/SP in 2010/2011 and 2016/2018.
